After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. - Revelation 7:9 (NLT).

I'm no theologian and I don't claim to be an expert of end time prophecies. Sometimes I get confused when people start talking about the rapture, pre-millennial reigns, post-millennial reigns, and the tribulation times. I can't tell you the difference between Gog and Magog or whether all the unrest in the Middle East is the beginning of the end or just another round of disagreeing nations threatening to annihilate each other. All I know is when that trumpet sounds, I want to be meeting Jesus in the clouds.

The Word of God tells us that during the end times, there will be a great falling away of the church and then an end time revival before Jesus returns. So, when I read Revelation 7:9, I can't help but think this must be the result of the end time revival, right? "...a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language..." I don't know what qualifies as the "official" end time revival, but when I look around my hometown and the surrounding communities, people are seeking after Jesus with everything they've got.

I'm seeing addicts and alcoholics running to churches for one more chance to have an encounter with Jesus. I'm seeing churches leaving the building and running to the lost, overlooked, and forgotten. I'm seeing chains finally broken, families being restored, and lives truly being changed. There is an urgency in the spirit world that is being felt right here in the natural. Jesus said, “Now learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branches bud and its leaves begin to sprout, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things, you can know his return is very near, right at the door." - Matthew 24:32-33 (NLT).

Anyone with two eyes can see that God is up to something and He's using everyday people like you and me to do it. Jesus is waiting for us to do our part. You no longer have to be called a pastor or evangelist; All you need is a desire to make Heaven crowded and one person willing to listen. Are you going to tell someone about Jesus or are you going to stand on the sidelines and watch? That's the question. The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. - 2 Peter 3:9 (NLT). I'm seeing the leaves beginning to sprout, and in the same way, I believe His return is very near. Let's make Heaven crowded! God Bless.
